Batis Development Company is a commercial real estate development company focused primarily on single tenant developments. We are preferred/repeat developers for all our clients because we put their needs first and deliver what they ask for, on time. All our clients are national credit tenants with whom we have many years of established relationships. The expertise within Batis includes: land acquisition, legal, architecture & design services, and construction and property management. We are not a general contractor, instead we work with established builders who share our client relationship focus, on both hard bid and negotiated contract basis. Batis provides development services for our clients in fifteen states.
