Mark Wittenburg, is the President of Batis Development Company. He is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Texas State University and a masters degree in business administration from the University of Houston. Mark is responsible for client development, site selection and acquisition, and contract and lease negotiation.
Matthew Werner, is Vice President of Batis Development Company. He earned his bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Kansas, is NCARB certified and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Additionally, he holds architectural licenses in 11 states. Matt is responsible for all site and architectural services for our clients, entitlement services, and construction management.
Matthew McNary, is the Chief Financial Officer of Batis Development Company. Matt is a CPA and earned a bachelor of science in business administration with majors in accounting, finance, and business intelligence and analysis from Creighton University. Matt spent seven years in various audit and tax roles at public accounting firms before joining Batis.
Amy McClaughry, Legal and Administration for Batis. Amy holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Midland University and is a real estate professional with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Amy authors and negotiates land acquisition contracts, leases, development agreements, and other project documentation.
Tim Koch, is the Director of Construction Services at Batis Development Company. Tim brings many years of construction, leadership and management experience to the team. He’s managed over 35 commercial construction projects to date and takes pride in the safe and successful completion of each of them. He’s completed numerous courses in CAD, leadership and project management. Tim is responsible for the construction management of our projects.
Ben Meier and Jared Sullivan, are both members of Lerner Company in Omaha, Nebraska. They provide a depth of client relationships and regional knowledge of markets and sites that are critical to meeting our clients’ needs.
Frank Barber, is Director of Real Estate. Frank has over three decades of experience in commercial real estate. He is in his element when providing site selection and analysis expertise to clients.
